Service Description
Your child will be in good hands! We will start out with a gentle 2 round shampoo followed by conditioner. Kids Loc journey price is a 1 time standard price. When you bring them back in 2 weeks every retwist & style will be a set price of $50 for the first year into their journey.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are there to hold & secure your appointment. Please be aware and keep in mind that there are no refunds , if rescheduling needs to ne done your deposit is used towards a future service. You must cancel at least 48 hours in advance or there will be a $30 fee ! If you cancel the day of your appointment, NO CALL NO SHOW , you will be charged a $50 fee and will not be able to book again until you pay this fee ! Communication is everything and a lot of excuses are not tolerated at this point ! Please plan accordingly ! You should be on time to your appointment , you know what time you booked so there for after 15 minutes late you will be cancelled ! NO EXCEPTIONS AND WILL HAVE TO REBOOK ANOTHER DAY !
