Service Description

Enjoy a 3 round shampoo followed by a relaxing deep condition to start your Locs. Adult Loc start - up price is based off a standard length to the shoulders or shorter, anything beyond shoulders length prices may vary. A consultation is required before a Loc start-up to ensure what is best for your journey.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are there to hold & secure your appointment. Please be aware and keep in mind that there are no refunds , if rescheduling needs to ne done your deposit is used towards a future service. You must cancel at least 48 hours in advance or there will be a $30 fee ! If you cancel the day of your appointment, NO CALL NO SHOW , you will be charged a $50 fee and will not be able to book again until you pay this fee ! Communication is everything and a lot of excuses are not tolerated at this point ! Please plan accordingly ! You should be on time to your appointment , you know what time you booked so there for after 15 minutes late you will be cancelled ! NO EXCEPTIONS AND WILL HAVE TO REBOOK ANOTHER DAY !
